Convenient central location of this hotel made it easy to get around and explore the area. 🏙️ the hotel itself was cozy and stylish, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.

Definitely coming here again on my next trip to Dubai. Perfect and clean place to stay in, it has pleasant and incredibly nice staff from the night shift. Neat rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus...

A tube station is close to the hotel that is near the subway station. Make sure to get studio suite with washer/dryer as well as king size bed.

The staff was great and absolutely perfect. the place was clean. - the hotel was in a stunning location in the Sitting-Room area. - It was so close to Mall of the Emirates, Jumeirah Beach, and the train station. - the bar was comfortable and the food they serve is fab. Overall, Akas-Inn Hotel Apartment in Dubai was a decent base for our trip. the staff was great and absolutely perfect, the place was clean, and the hotel's stunning location in the Sitting-Room area made it convenient for us to visit places like Mall of the Emirates, Jumeirah Beach, and the train station. the comfortable bar and delicious food further added to our enjoyable stay.

No reason to complain, had an excellent stay on the front desk on February 29. Everything was perfect and the rooms were big sized and functional. The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating, gave us great tips. Even the Dubai Creek SPB airport was not so far, 25 minutes drive away.

Truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again without hesitation. The rooms are well-maintained. The hotel is in the very central location to Jumeriah beaches.

The location is perfect, with a nearby metro station and plenty of restaurants and cafes around.

Quiet, friendly and helpful staff

Pillows were too thick and high that you were not allowed to take friends to your room.

The place is perfect, 10 min. to the shopping center or metro station. a lot of bars and restaurants nearby.

Do not forget proof of legal status / the marriage certificate.

The hotel offers great views, making it an ideal base for staying in Dubai. Its central location near the metro and Mall of the Emirates is convenient. - Al Barsha district is worth exploring.

1. Breakfast not good ( slow and the quality of breakfast low , they brought black eggs , so next day we brought the breakfast from outside ) 2. They brought only 1 bottle of water and materials of 2 cup of tea for two days 3. Swimming pool not clean and they did not open it on tea (they should open it 9 but they open it around 10 they came again to close it for cleaning!! ) , also there is no security on swimming pool. 4. Parking very narrow 5. Room not clean 6. Path not clean My advice is not to stay on this hotel

The apartments were spacious new and clean. We were 5 people and it was extremely convenient for us to stay in the 2-bdr. apartment which could sleep 6 guests comfortably.

The staff were not at all flexible or helpful except for the one sikh young man at the reception desk upon our arrival who was very helpful and always had a smile. The other staff at the reception desk were lazy and unhelpful. W finally had to solve all our problems directly through the manager who was an extremely helpful and sincere gentleman.

my other room cancelled with limited time notice and I was about to loose time looking for another hotel in short time.Luckily I had booked 2 other rooms for the group and 5 of us had to fit into 2 rooms.

The staf are rude and not helpful. If u need anything , u have to ask, eg free wifi, but needs password that the frontdesk is reluctant to mention.Rooms have an odd food smell, they can deodorise rooms. Channels are limited for the television.The most important part is customer service that the frontdesk lacks. the bellboys are more helpful than the reception staff.The photos on booking .com are very deceiving.The hotel is so unlike this.
